Mark has spent 20 years building things: companies, products, teams, and a few ideas that didn't survive contact with reality. He has done it across industries, which means the pattern recognition transfers. What works in consumer goods informs what works in AI. What breaks in a scale-up looks familiar from healthcare. The work has always been the same: build something from nothing, rebuild when it needs it, and know the difference.

Today that shows up as strategy and advisory for founders at inflection points, and as hands-on AI product development through No Friction Labs. The behavioral health M&A work in BH Intelligence came directly out of his advisory relationships in that sector. Mark builds the products himself. That is not a figure of speech.

Luke came up as a construction CEO, then led nonprofits, then became a systems coach. Not because he could not pick a lane. Because the same problem kept surfacing in every room: capable people, no clarity on what they are actually building toward.

He can read a system and the person inside it, usually at the same time. That combination is hard to find and harder to teach. It is why the coaching work is his. It is also why the Legacy Accord work fits him -- the generational and family transition questions that come up in wealth transfer are, at their core, the same questions he has been sitting with in every coaching room.
