About Mark
Mark Feinberg has founded businesses, led multiple companies as CEO and held COO and CFO roles. His 25-plus-year career includes IBM and Ernst & Young, raising capital, working with boards and leading a business through its sale.
He now advises and coaches senior executives, founders and business owners through hard decisions and major transitions. That includes the pressure of running a company and the personal questions that come with selling one or leaving a leadership role. Mark also serves as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at a major Georgia university, helping founders build and commercialize businesses.
Fit and boundaries
This work is for experienced leaders who want a regular, private place to examine their choices and are willing to act on what they learn. You remain responsible for your decisions. Coaching does not include transaction execution, legal or financial advice, or running the business on your behalf.

Do I need to be a CEO or own a business?
No. This work is also for senior executives and leaders preparing to leave a role or decide what comes next.
Can we work on a sale, board transition or retirement?
Yes. We can work through the decisions and personal implications before, during and after the change. Legal, tax, investment and transaction work stays with the appropriate specialists.
What if I need more intensive support?
We can discuss what the situation requires. Any additional strategic work has a separately agreed scope and fee; it is not included automatically in the regular coaching engagement.
