COACHING
Two tracks. One practice. Private coaching for people in transition, and leadership development for the organizations that need to grow around them.
Luke Kujacznski has led organizations through transformation as a construction CEO, nonprofit leader, and systems coach. He can read a system and the person inside it, usually at the same time.
Mark has been a consultant, a CEO more than once, and has lived through the kind of loss that does not come with a manual. He has rebuilt from positions most people would treat as a finish line. He knows what identity work actually costs. Not as a concept. As something he lived.
Both of them have done this work themselves. That is not a footnote. It is the reason the coaching goes where it does.
For individuals, the work starts by getting honest about what is actually happening. Not the story told to the outside world. That might be an identity that has quietly decoupled from a role, or a crossroads with too many options and no real clarity on which one is actually yours. Either way, the work is the same: separating what is yours from what is inherited, performed, or expected.
This is not a program. No fixed frameworks forced onto situations they do not fit. The work is specific to the person or team in front of us -- built from what is real, not what is on the intake form.

HOW IT WORKS
No agenda, no intake form. We find out if this is the right fit.
What are we actually working on. What does progress look like. What is the timeline.
Private, direct, at whatever cadence the work requires.
Tell us whether this is individual work or a leadership engagement. We'll take it from there.
