COACHING & COUNSEL

For the people working out what's next. For the leaders growing what they've built. And the decisions in between.

Three ways to do the work. Private, direct, built around what is actually in front of you.

The approach

Luke Kujacznski has led organizations through transformation as a construction CEO, nonprofit leader, and systems coach. He can read a system and the person inside it, usually at the same time.

Mark has been a consultant, a CEO more than once, and has lived through the kind of loss that does not come with a manual. He has rebuilt from positions most people would treat as a finish line. He knows what identity work actually costs. Not as a concept. As something he lived.

Both of them have done this work themselves. That is not a footnote. It is the reason the coaching goes where it does.

All of it is the same work. The person navigating a transition, the leader in the middle of a decision that will not wait, the team that has stopped moving together. Each of them has come to a place where the usual answers are not enough. The work is getting honest about what is actually happening. Most people do not have anyone to do that with. That is what this practice is for.

This is not a program. The work is specific to the person, the team, or the decision in front of us. Built from what is real, not what is on the intake form.

INDIVIDUAL

Life Transitions

When the life that made sense stops making sense.

  • The role still fits on paper. Something inside it stopped fitting.
  • Successful by every measure. Something quieter than burnout and harder to name.
  • The old chapter closed. The new one hasn’t started yet.
  • You want a thinking partner who has built things, not just coached people who have.

COUNSEL

Counsel

When knowing what to do and doing it are two different things.

  • The decision was already there. It just couldn’t surface while split across two conversations.
  • The fear stops running the show. It gets named. Once named, it stops making the decision for you.
  • The plan and the person line up. What to do, when to do it, who you have to be to do it well.
  • You stop translating. One conversation. One person who knows the whole picture.

LEADERSHIP & TEAMS

Leadership Development

For organizations that need their leaders to operate at the next level.

  • Your leadership team is capable but not moving in the same direction.
  • You’re scaling fast and the culture is starting to drift from what made you good.
  • You have high performers who need to stop performing and start leading.
  • You want coaching embedded in the business, not a one-time offsite.

HOW IT WORKS

Life Transitions

01

Getting Honest

Slow down and name what is actually happening. Not the story you’ve been telling yourself or others. The real one.

02

Finding the Through-Line

Separate who you are from what you’ve been doing. Make visible the instincts and ways of being that have always been there, underneath the roles.

03

Building What’s Next

With clarity about who you actually are, the question of what comes next becomes answerable. Not from pressure or obligation.

Counsel

01

Name the decision

Get it to one sentence. The one that has been in front of you long enough that you have stopped hearing it.

02

Name what’s underneath it

The fear, the identity question, the unspoken belief that is actually running the show.

03

Make it

The decision was already there. It just could not surface while split across two conversations.

Leadership Development

01

First conversation

No agenda, no intake form. We find out if this is the right fit.

02

Define the work

What we’re actually working on. What progress looks like and what the timeline is.

03

The engagement

Embedded in the business, not a one-time offsite. Cadence built around the team.

Start with a conversation.

Tell us what's in front of you. We'll figure out together what the work looks like.
